Our client a premium financial service group is seeking to hire a self-driven, results-oriented, and qualified individual with excellent interpersonal skills to assist with the operations of the company as a Sales Representative
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining their client base, marketing, and selling products, and contributing to the financial well-being of the community. He or She will perform the following duties as well:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
- Manage marketing and events to increase brand exposure
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of HND in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
