Our client, a real estate brokerage specializing in residential, commercial and investment properties, is seeking a result driven and proactive Real Estate Consultant to join its growing team.
ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients and closing property transactions across residential and investment portfolios. The successful candidate will be combining market intelligence, digital tools, and advisory-led selling to help individuals, corporates, and investors make confident property decisions.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Advisory
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into successful property transactions
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable properties
- Advise buyers, investors, and tenants on pricing, locations, and market trends
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
Property Marketing & Viewings
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and property owners
- Support listing preparation, pricing strategy, and marketing initiatives
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout negotiations and transactions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and activities using CRM systems
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales or a consultative sales role
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including residential and investment properties
- Experience working with developers, landlords, or property investors is an added advantage

- Ability to work independently in the field as well as collaboratively within a team environment
