Our client, a reputable company in the health insurance industry, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to support business growth through promoting health insurance products, generating leads, and strengthening the company’s brand presence.
ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role requires collaboration across departments to align sales strategies with business goals, conducting market research, participating in campaigns, and representing the company at events to enhance its presence and reputation.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and sell health insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research on customer needs and industry trends.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Support marketing campaigns, activations, and outreach programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Represent the company at events and client meetings.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, insurance, public health, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in sales or marketing; experience in health insurance or financial services is an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure.
