Our client, a leading provider of digital property management and rental tracking solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and expand market adoption of its technology platform
ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will engage landlords, property managers, real estate companies, estate developers, and agents to introduce and onboard them onto the digital platform. The role requires strong sales skills, product demonstration abilities, and a passion for technology-driven solutions in the real estate sector.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and contact potential clients including landlords, property owners, property managers, estate developers, and real estate agencies.
- Promote and sell a digital rent collection and property management software platform.
- Conduct simple and practical product demonstrations (both in-person and virtual) to show system features like rent tracking, reminders, digital payments, and tenant management tools.
- Follow a structured sales process to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and onboarding documents.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals within expected timelines.
- Research the real estate and property management market to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Support clients from first contact through onboarding and provide basic training on how to use the software.
- Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate contract terms when needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in software sales, SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or service-based industries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in selling digital products or subscription-based services is an advantage.
• Ability to work toward sales targets with some demonstrated success in past roles.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of digital tools, apps, and technology-driven solutions.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate digital products confidently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM or similar software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage different customer groups.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, organize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation skills and growing confidence in handling customer objections.
• Knowledge of the real estate or property management industry is an added advantage but not required.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
