    We provide human resources consulting, recruitment, training, advisory services and other HR‐related services as described on our site.
    Specific service descriptions, pricing, and deliverables will be provided in writing (proposals, quotes, or contracts).
  3. User Obligations
    • You must provide accurate, current, complete information when using our Services.
    • You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
    • You agree not to misuse our Services (e.g. by interfering with them, attempting unauthorized access, or violating applicable laws).
  4. Payment, Billing and Fees
    • Fees for our Services are quoted in writing, and payment must be made according to the terms agreed (e.g. upfront, monthly, upon completion).
    • Late payments may incur interest or penalties as stipulated in the service agreement or invoice.
    • All fees are non‐refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  5. Intellectual Property
    • All content, materials, tools, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software (“Content”) provided by Ghana HR Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
    • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our Content without our written permission.
  6. Termination
    • Either party may terminate a service agreement under conditions described in that specific agreement.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or Services if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
  7. Disclaimers, Warranties & Limitation of Liability
    • Our Services are provided “as is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, except as explicitly set out in writing.
    • Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services (or products) is limited to the amount paid by you to us for said Service in the last [x] months.
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
  8. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ghana HR Solutions, its officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from all losses, claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give notice (e.g. via website or email) of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
  10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
    • Any dispute shall be resolved by negotiation. If not resolved, by arbitration/mediation in Ghana (or in accord with agreed mechanism).
