CORPORATE & GOVERNMENT SALES EXECUTIVE

Our client, a leading supplier of Multi-Function Printers, is seeking to hire an experienced individual to fill the role of a CORPORATE & GOVERNMENT SALES EXECUTIVE to assist with sales in the company.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by contacting and

developing relationships, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. He or she

will also carry out the following responsibilities:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market and sell the company’s products to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new products tailored to businesses and organisations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and issue pro forma invoices to customers.
  • Prepare and submit detailed monthly sales reports.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Stay at the cutting edge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Document sales transactions and order details, ensuring accurate recording in the sales system.
  • Liaise with existing customers to encourage recurring business and increase sales volume.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years hard-core B2B sales experience or 3 years with a proven track record in IT and office equipment sales.
  • Experience in Selling and Leasing contracts is an advantage
