Our client, a leading food and agribusiness sector, is seeking a results-driven Consulting manager to join its team.

ROLE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and delivering food and agriculture consulting projects, focusing on food systems & technical due diligence, while driving client impact, business growth, and high-quality results.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of global food and agriculture consulting engagements, with a focus on food systems.
• Work closely with the Regional Director and the wider leadership team to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage and execute commercial and technical due diligence, feasibility studies, operational assessments, and development projects.
• Provide clients with effective, practical, and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and sustainable outcomes.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and pipeline management.
• Contribute to the firm’s global growth strategy and the achievement of billing and performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take on assignments in other areas of the business based on project needs.
• Coach and guide team members to help them grow and reach their potential.
• Support client projects and help achieve revenue and performance targets.
• Take ownership of client engagements, including relationships, delivery, and team management.
• Lead teams to deliver clear, high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
• Work with leadership to find and win new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and turn them into well-planned proposals with clear budgets and resources.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a related field. A relevant certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8-10years of relevant consulting or professional services experience, preferably in food and agribusiness.
• Proven experience in commercial and technical due diligence, feasibility studies, operational assessments, or development projects.
• A working knowledge of French, Portuguese or Spanish is an added advantage.
