Our client, a multinational IT solutions company is searching for a committed and proactive ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support their operations in Ghana.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administration support and running the day-to-day administrative duties and errands for their Ghana office. He or she will also operate a telephone switchboard, screen incoming calls, provide information, take notes and report to the head of finance.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate, manage and order the needed stationeries.
- Assist in travel tasks such as hotel bookings, visa requirements, and flight bookings for all individuals.
- Responsible for drivers and assigning tasks as per requested.
- Manage the help desk, typing, internet search, and receiving guests.
- Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Answer calls from customers or clients regarding their inquiries.
- Operate various office machines including photocopiers, scanners, and related equipment.
- File all electronic and manual documents for easy retrieval.
- Perform other related duties as requested by the company.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 0-2+ years experience as an administrative assistant in a multinational Company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced level/skills in handling Microsoft windows excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good level of time management and customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
