Our client, a leading sustainability services firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Training Manager. 

ROLE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering high-quality training programs tailored to corporate clients and industry groups. 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify training requirements for corporate clients and industry partners.
  • Design and develop customized training programs that align with client objectives, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, materials preparation, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring effective preparation, delivery, and continuous professional growth.
  • Deliver or supervise engaging, impactful, and results-driven training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback and implementing improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all training-related matters.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to promote training services and attract new clients.
  • Manage the training department’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices to maintain the relevance and competitiveness of training offerings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing training outcomes, participant feedback, and ROI analysis.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing corporate training programs and managing client-based learning projects.
  • Proficiency with training software, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual training tools.
