Our client, a leading sustainability services firm, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Manager.
ROLE PROFILE:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
- Create and implement strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and growth targets.
- Research market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve peak performance. Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, track trends, and prepare reports for management. Set individual and team sales targets to ensure growth and performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, product activations, and market outreach programs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of significant experience in sales or sales team management, preferably in the sustainability, services, or related industry.
- Proficiency with CRM software and analytical tools to track and manage sales performance.
- Strong expertise in data analysis and performance tracking, with a proven ability to optimize sales strategies based on insights.
