SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Our client a service provider is seeking interested and qualified persons to assist with the operations of the company as a SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching products or services, and closing sales deals. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.

He or she will perform the following duties as well:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phone calls and engage clients on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure smooth booking of rental orders for clients.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure smooth running of the company.
  • Ensure items leave and return at the stipulated time in good conditions.
  • Respond to enquiries on the company’s social media platforms, email and marketing the company on social media.
  • Present, promote products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Present products and services to potential customers in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience as Sales Representative.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts for a business is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in social media management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Must live in and around Cantonments.
