KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our client a consumer electronics manufacturer is seeking dynamic and result-driven personnel to assist with the operations of the company as a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with retail partners. He or she will perform the following duties:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the sales channel
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners in mall
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and resolving any issues
  • Conduct regular meetings with retail partners to review sales performance and discuss promotional
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to mall retail
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels in retail
  • Monitor inventory turnover and manage stock replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock
  • Provide training and support to retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a key Account Manager sales channel in the mobile
  • Must have working experience in Samsung mobile to deal with Mall sales channels.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment, particularly in the mall
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
