Our client, a company specializing in providing commercial riders with vehicle subscription and    rental services, is looking to hire a reliable, smart, and dedicated individual to assist with the sales & marketing of the company as a Field Sales Agent

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging new prospects, increasing the top of funnel leads and converting champions to show up at testing locations. He or she will also be establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members

  • Supply team lead with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Improve continuously through feedback prospects, increasing the top of funnel leads and converting champions

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a college or Diploma qualification
  • Minimum of a year as a Field Sales Agent or in a similar role
  • Must have training in sales, marketing, or another business-related field

 REQUIRMENTS

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must understand the local dialect of the business territory
  • Know how to use Android smartphone applications
  • Must possess a strong methodical approach to complete the assigned work
  • Must be attentive to details.
  • Experience selling financial or insurance products, especially asset
  • finance products
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
