Our client, a plastic manufacturing company has immediate employment for self-motivated, experienced, and talented Factory Hands to help with their operations.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidates will be responsible for packing the finished products, checking for defects in production if any, and preparing the production section before production starts.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to identify defects or irregularities.
- Support with packaging and labelling products.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including cleaning equipment and disposing of waste materials.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times, including health and safety guidelines.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a Senior High/Junior High School certificate or any relevant certificate.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Must be willing to work during night shifts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to handle tools and equipment with precision and coordination.
- Should be able to notice small defects or irregularities in products and processes.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects throughout the shift.
- Must be willing to collaborate with colleagues and support team objectives.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Efficient use of time to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Capacity to identify and address challenges that arise during production processes.
- Must have clear communication skills to convey information effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Must exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills.
