B2B SALES EXECUTIVE (SAAS SPECIALIST)

Our client, a leading enterprise technology provider is looking for an experienced person to fill the role of a B2B SALES EXECUTIVE (SAAS SPECIALIST) to assist in the operations of the business.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored SaaS solutions that align with their needs. He/she will also perform the following duties as well:

 DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers across enterprise organizations to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the solutions address their needs.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting value propositions and Return On Investment (ROI).
  • Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the SaaS space.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring transparency and pipeline visibility.

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. (A Master’s degree will be advantageous).
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years specializing in SaaS sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales analytics tools.
  • Should have advanced certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler Sales, Challenger Sales).
  • Multi-lingual capabilities are an advantage, particularly for global sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Should have strong knowledge of the enterprise technology landscape, particularly SaaS solutions.
  • Must have experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
  • Should be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences and events.
  • Must have determination towards personal and organizational sales targets.
  • Must be polite with a strong focus on the organization’s ethics and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Should be self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Should have a go-getter approach and be a team player.
  • Must be open to learning and understanding.
  • Must be energetic, flexible, and have the ability to take the organization to new heights.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
