We will recruit, hire, train, and place a workforce as per client specifications within a matter of days. GHR will subsequently look after the outsourced staffs’ employment records/files, salary and benefits management, promotions and increments, regulatory and statutory requirements and all disciplinary and performance management matters.

Our usual approach will be to source qualified candidates on the client’s behalf; we will then screen and refer the candidates for final selection by the client. We then place selected candidates on our database and manage them from our office.
This will entail running regular performance appraisals /evaluations on them with the help of relevant supervisors from the clients.
