THE GHANA HR SOLUTIONS GRADUATE TRAINEE SCHEME

Our Scheme is Divided Into 3 Main Phases

STAGE1

THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND SELECTION.

  • Utilise our full consulting skills by advising on applications collection.
  • Design of Job Advert, and advertising
  • Initial screening and Assessment (Use of GHR expertise and screening)
  • Aptitude Test and critical assessment
  • Reference checking to verify applicants’ claims.
  • Final Selection – Interviewing and Candidate profiling
STAGE2

INDUCTION AND INTEGRATION

  • Induction Training- Introduction to business, structure and culture.
  • Work to identify and assign candidates to specific departments based on skillset.
  • Training- Provide general workplace skills including project management, people management, decision making, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Providing advice and support for further Graduate development- Maybe professional courses etc.
  • Set up Mentor programmes and coaching arrangements.
STAGE3

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF DISTRIBUTION

  • Conduct regular performance appraisals as a tool to monitor employee performance.
  • Work to reassign employees to new departments based on feedback and assessment.
  • Write reports on employees detailing stages in development.
  • Advice on final placement of employees.
